What are the requirements to be able to Check In?

1) Sign the hosting agreement

2) Present an official identification at check-in time.

3) Make the total payment of the reservation in advance in reservations less than a month or pay the first month of rent in contracts over one month.

If any of these requirements is not met, we can not deliver the suite to the guest.

How can I book a suite?

To book a suite there are two ways you can request it; The first is using our simple booking engine that you can find on the main page of this website click here and book yourself.

The second way is to request your reservation with one of our sales agents by contacting us by telephone dialing +52 33 13800909 or by sending an email to reservations@europeanls.com where you will be personally attended and we will be able to clarify all your doubts.

How can I extend my reservation?

It is important to contact the sales department when you need an extension of your stay before it ends. Since the possibility of extending as well as the rate depends on availability.

If you are already staying at the hotel you can communicate from the telephone in your suite to extension 104; from an external phone, dial the telephone number +52 33 13800909 ext. 104 and request your extension.

What are the advantages of European Life Style Suites?

We are located very close to one of the main avenues of the metropolitan area that is Patria Avenue. The peripheral avenue called Manuel Gomez Morin is only 2 kilometers away giving access to many of the industrial and business areas. Other avenues such as Lopez Mateos and Lazaro Cardenas are within 5 minutes of our facilities.

In the surroundings of our suites we have multiple services among restaurants, shopping centers, gas stations, hospital, movie theater, among other points of interest. All this in a perimeter no more than 2 blocks.

Important points such as Expo Guadalajara and the most important shopping centers of the metropolitan area are within 5 minutes driving.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is 4:00 pm.

Check-out time is 12:00 pm.

How many suites does European Life Style Suites has?

European Life Style Suites has 125 suites in total, divided into 4 towers which are 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms that are divided into subcategories. Description of suites here.

How many people can join by Suite?

The maximum of people per suite depends on the type of suite that you decide to rent. In 1-bedroom suites a maximum of 2 guests can use it. The 2 bedroom suites can be occupied by a maximum of 4 people. In the case of the 3 bedroom suites depending on the type of suite you select, they can accommodate between 5 and 6 people maximum.

The rates published in this website consider single occupancy in 1 bedroom suites, double occupancy in 2 bedroom suites and triple occupancy in 3 bedroom suites. It is important to mention that additional persons have an extra cost depending on the stay. Consult at the bottom of the rates section.

What if I need to cancel a reservation that is already confirmed?

Cancellations: In case of wanting to cancel your reservation the penalty is the total amount of the same.

Does the Wireless Internet service has an additional cost?

The service is completely free of charge.

In what areas is there a wireless Internet service?

The Wireless Internet service can be used in any part of our facilities, including the interiors of the suites and our common areas.

Can I receive visits to the suites?

Visits are allowed in our facilities, but the guest is committed to ensure that their visits respect the regulations of our suites, being aware that facilities and services such as gym, computer room and pool, parking are for the exclusive use of our guests.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Access to pets is NOT  allowed.

As additional information; We inform you that just a few meters from the hotel you can find a pet hotel which you can go walking.

Do you have parking?

We offer parking with no additional cost to our guests, which is limited to one parking space per suite. It is of course established that the guest must have insured his vehicle to make use of the parking lot, thus releasing the hotel from any damage caused to the vehicle for any cause or theft of it.

Is there security in the hotel?

We have the 24-hour personal surveillance service. Additionally we have a closed circuit system that monitors all access to suites, outdoor parking and other strategic areas of the facility.

Where can I store valuables?

We have a safe in each suite where you can store your valuables. Each guest assigns a personal password to the safe and that way only the guest has access to their valuables. Safes have space to store up to 3 laptops.  The hotel is not responsible for money, jewelry or valuables that are not deposited in safe deposit boxes.

The hotel has restaurant service?

We have a beautiful and modern restaurant that serves buffet breakfast daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 am which is included for all our guests. The menu varies daily offering always exquisite dishes to our guests. There is no food and dinner service inside the restaurant.

A few meters you can find options of restaurants, cafes, fast food, etc.

What are the additional services?

In order to improve the service to our guests, the hotel offers additional services such as:

How do I know if my hotel reservation has been confirmed successfully?

Once you have made your reservation online through our booking engine or via telephone; You will receive an email in which all the information about your reservation is displayed and shows you a code with which you can refer to it in case you need any clarification.

What do I do if I do not receive the hotel reservation confirmation e-mail?

If you did not receive a reservation confirmation email after 10 minutes of making it. We invite you to check your spam in your email account in the first instance, if you do not find it there, you can contact us by phone at +52 33 13 800 909 ext. 104 or email to reservas@europeanls.com. Since most likely there might have been an error in capturing your email address.

Do I have to add children or babies in the reservation?

Only adults must register, children and babies do not need to register as they do not generate any additional cost. Guests are considered adults as of 8 years of age.

How many floors has the building? Is there an elevator?

The building is composed of four towers of 5 floors each; Each of them has its own elevator. It is important in case of having difficulty of accessibility by the future guest to make mention by telephone to guarantee a suite of easy access.

Can you keep my luggage after I leave the room?

Yes. Without any restrictions or cost.

Do you have a transportation service to the airport?

Yes, the hotel has an executive taxi service. To request the service, please contact us by telephone to arrange pick up at the airport or departure departing from the hotel. You will be asked for both your flight data and your name and will be given directions to identify the driver. The service has an additional cost.

How can I get a tax report of my payment?

In case of requiring an invoice, it is important to submit your tax information at the reception when checking in; Since it only has 24 hours to request or make modifications.

If you requested your reservation with an external agency you should ask for this invoice.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

To guarantee the comfort and comfort of each guest, the hotel does not allow smoking inside the suites, but has established smoking areas on terraces commonly used.

Do you have a swimming pool?

Guests of the hotel can enjoy exclusive access to all services, including a swimming pool. It is important to mention that the pool is at room temperature, has an established usage schedule and the hotel is not responsible for accidents.
