PRICES
Prices published in our website do not include 17% Tax rate, and gives you the right to occupy the suite and includes services like Water, electricity, Cable TV, 24 hours Security and to the benefits of our common areas and services. These prices are subject to changes without previous notice. At the time of reserving a suite please confirm the suite's rental cost.

DEPOSIT
The refundable security deposit requested varies accordingly to the price of each suite and the length of your stay. It follows the scheme below:

• For stays shorter than 2 weeks: cost of 3 days rent
• For stays between 2 weeks and 1 month: cost of 1 week rent
• For stays between 1 and 2 months: cost of 2 weeks rent
• For stays longer or equal to 2 months: cost of 1 month rent

The amount paid as deposit will be returned the day of check out, after the administration has reviewed the inventory and the general conditions of the Suite. If there are any damages or missing inventory during your stay, the amount of deposit needed for replacing inventory or any damage will be discounted of the deposit to return the property to its original condition. If the deposit is not enough to cover the damages, the user will have to pay the difference needed to cover the expenses, not being allowed to take out the luggage, which will be held as guarantee of payment. It is obligation of the users to return the suite and the objects inventoried in the same conditions of order and cleaning in which they were given.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations of suites for periods shorter than 1 month will be confirmed by our company 10 days before Check-In reservations for periods longer than 1 month will be confirmed by our company 30 days before Check-In. For confirmation of a suite's reservation to take place, it is necessary to pay for the refundable damage deposit.

CONFIRMATION
Once all the requirements of reservations have been met and the amount set for deposit as guarantee has been paid, we will proceed to confirm the reservation letting the User know through e-mail. PAYMENT METHODS Payments can be done either:

• Cash (in our office)
• Check (in our office)
• Credit card (in our office or via phone)
• Bank deposit
• Bank transfer
• Credit card on our website

CLEANING AND LINEN SERVICES
The suite rates change depending on the rental period of the suite and the contract. Also, each rate includes different levels of service based on the following table:

MINIMUM RENT
Our system does not accept reservations shorter than 3 nights. For special requests pleas contact us directly via e-mail or phone.

EXTENDING A CONTRACT
In order to be able to continue in our facilities once concluded the contract, the User will have to contact us to confirm availability of the suite for the desired period and in case of being possible, will need to sign the contract and make the payment for the following period at the administration's office. We suggest that you request the extended period as soon as you know that you will need it so that we have a greater possibility to satisfy your needs.

CANCELLATIONS
In case of cancellation the penalty will be the loss of the amount paid as deposit for the suite, so there will be no refunds.

CHECK IN
Keys for the suites will be given to the user between 16:00 hrs and 19:00 hrs. In case you require another schedule, please to let us know at the time you make your reservation.

CHECK OUT
The user will have to return the suite between 10:00 hrs and 13:00 hrs. In case that the user returns the suite after that period, 50% of the tariff agreed per day will have to be paid. If the user requires returning the suite in a different schedule from the authorized, will need to let us know at the time of the reservation.

TELEPHONY
All suites include telephone service for local, national and international calls. Calls within the suites are free and outside calls are charged according to the rates offered by the administration.
